Peer-to-peer support

Quality Improvement: Peer to Peer Support

As part of a wider quality improvement project with Norfolk County Council, we lead on a peer-to-peer support programme which helps care providers connect, share learning, and build confidence through practical peer-led support and collaborative improvement across the sector.

If you are a care provider with a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating and/or a Positive PAMMS rating, you can play a vital role in helping other providers improve their services. Our Peer-to-Peer Support Programme connects experienced providers with those seeking guidance in areas such as quality improvement, compliance, leadership, workforce development and service delivery.
