This subgroup focused on employment opportunities for people accessing adult social care, forthcoming changes to Norfolk County Council’s Day Opportunities framework, and current referral challenges facing providers. Members also shared examples of positive outcomes achieved through day services and explored how continued collaboration through Human Learning Systems can support future service improvement across the sector.
