Introducing Norfolk Care Association Stars (or NorCA Stars for short) – our celebration of the dedication, innovation, and heart within our incredible community.
How it works
- Nominate: Any provider can nominate a staff member, a volunteer, or a specific project.
- Celebrate: We’ll select our “Stars” to be showcased on our website and social media.
- Reward: Winners receive an official digital NorCA Stars Certificate and email badge to display with pride.
We know how busy life in social care is, so please don’t feel you need to write a long or formal nomination. Bullet points are absolutely fine – we just want to hear the story of why your nominated staff member, volunteer, project or team are a star. Just give us the highlights of their hard work and the impact they’ve made; it shouldn’t take more than five minutes to shine a light on someone’s brilliance.
