Norfolk County Council and Norfolk Care Association (NorCA) are inviting adult social care providers and partners to the second sense-making workshop supporting the development of the Norfolk Adult Social Care External Workforce Strategy.
The workshops aim to turn emerging workforce priorities into practical actions that can help strengthen Norfolk’s adult social care workforce over the next three years.

Adult social care providers and partners with an interest in strengthening Norfolk’s workforce are encouraged to participate.
While attending both workshops is recommended to support ongoing discussions, participants are welcome to attend this session even if they could not join the first workshop on 21 October.
