Right to Work Checks: Preparing for Sponsor Audits

Adult social care providers are invited to join Borderless Immigration and BrightHR for a free webinar exploring right-to-work (RTW) checks, employer responsibilities and preparation for Home Office sponsor audits.

With employment and immigration compliance particularly relevant to organisations using agency workers, casual staff and subcontractors, this session aims to help employers understand the requirements and identify potential gaps in their existing processes.

What will the webinar cover?

The session will explore:

  • Recent developments affecting right-to-work checks and which workers may be covered
  • Common compliance issues identified during Home Office sponsor audits
  • The documentation employers should retain
  • Practical steps to help organisations review their current procedures

Who will be speaking?

  • Ellis Daniel, Senior Employment Law Advisor, BrightHR
  • Matt Bond, CEO and Co-Founder, Borderless Immigration

Who should attend?

This webinar may be particularly useful for care providers, registered managers, HR professionals and recruitment teams responsible for employment checks, agency staffing and sponsor compliance.
