NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board (ICB) is inviting care home providers and wider health and care stakeholders to contribute to a review of digital transformation opportunities across Norfolk and Suffolk.
The review aims to understand the challenges, opportunities and support needs associated with digital technology in care homes, helping to identify priorities for improvement over the next three years.
What is the review exploring?
The ICB is seeking feedback on:
- Current challenges with digital technology in care homes
- Examples of existing good practice
- Barriers to adopting new digital solutions
- Support and resources needed by providers
- Digital improvements that should be prioritised over the next three years
Why take part?
Responses will be reviewed and grouped into key themes to help develop practical recommendations for care homes and partner organisations.
The review focuses on strategic priorities rather than procurement, supplier selection or detailed implementation planning.
Complete the survey
Care home providers and wider health and care stakeholders are encouraged to share their experiences and perspectives.
The survey contains 10 main questions and two short background questions, and takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
The original deadline of 23 October 2026 has been extended for a few days. Providers are encouraged to respond promptly.
