Norfolk County Council (NCC) is inviting all commissioned adult social care providers to participate in its upcoming Shaping the Market: 2027/28 Fee Review webinars.
Annual fee uplifts are an important consideration for care providers, and NCC is seeking to ensure its approach for 2027/28 is informed by the financial, workforce and operational pressures facing Norfolk’s adult social care sector.
Two online sessions are available, offering providers an opportunity to share their experiences and contribute to discussions about the year ahead.
During the sessions, NCC will:
The webinars will include facilitated breakout discussions, giving providers an opportunity to highlight the issues having the greatest impact on their organisations.
Option 1: Tuesday 3 November 2026, 10:00–11:30am
Option 2: Friday 6 November 2026, 1:00–2:30pm
Both sessions will cover the same content, so providers only need to attend one.
Location: Online via Microsoft Teams
All providers commissioned by Norfolk County Council are encouraged to attend and contribute.
To participate, complete the registration form provided by NCC. A Microsoft Teams invitation will be sent following registration.
NCC has also confirmed that presentation slides and a summary of the discussions will be shared with providers after the sessions.
