NorCA Star: The Pride of a Personal Touch

We’re delighted to shine our NorCA Star light on Sarah from I Care Service, whose recent PAMMS inspection result brought a very personal moment of pride.

“We had our PAMMS inspection just before Christmas and got the outcome recently – a good overall and an excellent in my audits. I was really proud of that.”

What makes this achievement so special? Those audits weren’t off-the-shelf templates or generic checklists. Sarah created them herself, tailored to what she wanted to keep on top of in her own service.
