Home Care Subgroup Meeting | 4th February 26

The February Home Care Subgroup brought providers together for a discussion-led session focused on the current realities of delivering care, commissioning relationships, and sector sustainability. The meeting explored concerns around five-minute billing increments, contract consistency, and communication with commissioners, alongside constructive conversations about PAMMS experiences, collective purchasing opportunities, and future engagement formats.

While providers spoke candidly about operational and financial pressures, there was also space to recognise positive practice and recent achievements within the sector. The session reinforced the value of open dialogue, peer support, and continued collaboration between providers and commissioners.
