This subgroup focused on the future of Direct Payments in Norfolk, including updates on training opportunities, the Direct Payments refresh programme, and the recruitment of Personal Assistants. Members also shared lived experiences of using Direct Payments, explored opportunities to strengthen co-production, and discussed how greater collaboration can help improve support for Individual Employers.
