This subgroup meeting marked a successful transition to a new provider-led model focused on peer discussion and shared problem-solving.

Led by Chair Christine Futter MBE, the session facilitated a candid dialogue regarding the mixed experiences of PAMMS visits, with providers advocating for more balanced reporting that recognises "what went well" alongside areas for improvement. Significant interest was shown in developing collective purchasing arrangements for utilities and software to combat rising cost pressures. Additionally, the group engaged directly with commissioning updates concerning live tenders in North Walsham and proposed changes to one-to-one support payment mechanisms, emphasising the need for clear communication and manageable administrative processes.
