Coming on the 6th of June 2024, this will be the first set of care awards we host as part of NorCA. The event will be held at Sprowston Manor and our special guest host is comedian Alistair Barrie. Our aim for this event is to put on a celebration for providers, we have listened to recent feedback and taken this on board to how we will run the event.
There will be a Champagne reception, 3 course meal, DJ, Live Music, Magicians, Photo Booth and free professional photos for all attending.

This award focuses on services that can clearly evidence a culture that embraces diversity and inclusion in their working practices, staffing and in their treatment of those accessing the service.
This award is for projects, services and other work within adult social care that evidences collaboration between a number of partners and stakeholders. This can include projects aimed to support adult social care, services that work together to deliver exceptional outcomes or demonstrations of good co-production between services and those accessing the services to help build and maintain opportunities for them to design their care services.
This award aims to shine a light on exceptional management within adult social care. There will be a focus on management style, demonstrating an innovative approach to leading their teams, development of their staff, retention, recruitment and ongoing training opportunities to provide continued excellence in care delivery.
This award recognises a team or individuals who are able to demonstrate their focus on excellence in training and development of staff. This will include opportunities for CPD as well as other further educational development relevant to their role and interests.
This award offers the opportunity to celebrate excellent Nursing Associates and Trainee Nursing Associates, either team programmes or individuals that provide exceptional support in nursing care.

This award is open to anyone in their first 6-12 months in employment within their role in an adult social care service. The award will be given to an individual who has shown outstanding commitment to their development, embracing new training and helping to cultivate a positive working culture that benefits those who are receiving care.
This award provides an opportunity to celebrate people, organisations and services that work within the community, providing unregulated or voluntary support to adult social care users.
This award is open to providers who have been involved in the ongoing, system wide, Social Care Quality Improvement Project. This can include those who have been involved in the Peer-to-Peer support activities or actively involved in the development and delivery of quality improvement workshops.
This special award will be presented to an individual whom the judges believe has made a long-term outstanding contribution to social care. Nominations are welcomed from across the health and care sector. The award goes to someone who has made a significant contribution to the advancement or development of care practices in the local area. The individual presented with this award will have demonstrated great personal commitment and dedication to the service they deliver and to care and support services in their local area.
