Care-Led Innovation: Celebrating Home-Grown Technology in Social Care | Digital Care Hub

This webinar is part of the Digital Care in Focus programme, where the Digital Care Hub focus on a key topic each month. They are kicking off in January 2026 with a focus on innovation.

Digital innovation is no longer a nice to have. With rising demand, workforce pressures, and limited resources, the sector must find smarter ways of working.

Join fellow care providers who have taken digital innovation a step further. For some, when suitable off-the-shelf solutions didn’t exist, they designed and developed their own tools and systems. For others, they have embedded off the shelf solutions with robust, forward thinking digital strategy to drive their businesses forwards. In this webinar, they’ll share their journeys – from the challenges and barriers they faced, to the solutions they created, the outcomes achieved, and their top tips to other care providers.

Who should attend

These sessions have been designed for adult social care providers in England and are aimed at people who make decisions about the use of technology in care services.

This might include:

  • Owners
  • Registered Managers
  • Nurses
  • Administrators
  • IT Professionals
  • Quality & Compliance Leads
  • Tech developers

In addition, the Digital Care Hub are often joined by people who support adult social care providers with digitisation – this includes ICB digital leads, local and national care associations, commissioners, technology suppliers and consultants.
