Eliminating Racism in the Workplace

International Recruitment East will be running a webinar on eliminating persistent racism at work.

The webinar will be led by experienced trainers Abraham Eshetu and Claire Charlwood, and will set out common-sense guidance to help you to:

Recognise racism at work – and its impact
Know what to do if you, a colleague, or someone you manage is affected by racism
Know employer responsibilities to keep people safe from racism
Know how to act if a service user is racist but has limited capacity to understand the impact of their behaviour.
