Fair Pay Agreement: Employer Representation in Adult Social Care

The Care Provider Alliance (CPA) is hosting a free webinar on Wednesday 21 October, 11am–12pm, exploring how adult social care employers can be represented in the Fair Pay Agreement negotiating process.

The CPA has been asked to coordinate employer representation within the Adult Social Care Negotiating Body and is establishing an Employer Representative Group to ensure the experiences and perspectives of providers across the sector are considered.

The session will cover the group’s role, responsibilities, recruitment process and timelines, including opportunities for employers to get involved.

Speakers include:

  • Rhidian Hughes, CEO of VODG and Chair of the Care Provider Alliance
  • Professor Vic Rayner OBE, CEO of the National Care Forum
  • Melanie Weatherley MBE, Co-Chair of the Care Association Alliance

The webinar is aimed at CEOs, senior leaders and individuals with relevant experience across adult social care. Smaller providers, specialist services and organisations of all sizes are encouraged to participate.
