The Institute of Health & Social Care Management (IHSCM) is hosting its Winter Conference on Thursday 12 November 2026, bringing together health and social care professionals for a day of practical leadership development.
The online conference will feature three content streams, with 20-minute masterclasses exploring confident, compassionate and future-ready leadership for 2027.
NorCA Premium members can attend for free through their complimentary IHSCM membership, included as part of their NorCA Premium membership benefits.
The conference will feature practical sessions covering leadership confidence, organisational culture, professional development and effective management approaches.

The programme also features speakers from across health and social care, including Fiona Street, Rayhan Abdullah Zakaria, Tracy Green, Ed Smith and Alison Pearce.
With flexible drop-in sessions, participants can join the masterclasses most relevant to their interests and availability.
IHSCM members can also attain one High Performance Leadership Framework point for each individual session attended.
