Drawing on evidence-based theory, it focuses on the emotional regulatory systems that drive how people respond to stressful or complex situations. The learning is fully participative and interactive, delivered during five online sessions (13 hours in total).
Nurses are encouraged to share experiences, learn supervision techniques, and reflect on how their roles affect them emotionally and professionally. RBCS aims to help staff build their emotional responses using the principles of compassion-focused therapy.
If you are interested in sending registered nurses on this fully funded programme, FoNs require the following:
A managers form for each person – you can download it here.
