Skills for Care Personal Assistant Network

Skills for Care is inviting employed and self-employed personal assistants to join its next Personal Assistant Network, providing an opportunity to connect with peers, explore current issues in adult social care and access practical learning and development.

The next online session will focus on delegated healthcare activities and what they mean for personal assistants working in adult social care.

During the session you’ll:

Hear from Skills for Care’s National Practice Innovation Lead on delegated healthcare activities.
Learn from a personal employer sharing their real-life experiences of delegating healthcare activities.
Explore guidance, resources and support available through the Skills for Care Individual Employer and Personal Assistant (IEPA) Toolkit.
Find out about learning and development opportunities.
Connect with fellow personal assistants through facilitated discussions.
Help shape future events through interactive conversations and feedback.
