Skills for Care RM12 Leadership Programme – Cohort 4

Develop your leadership skills with Skills for Care’s RM12 Programme.

Expressions of interest are now open for Cohort 4 of Skills for Care’s RM12 Leadership Programme, a practical six-month development programme designed specifically for registered managers working in adult social care.

Taking place from October 2026 at County Hall, Norwich, the programme provides the opportunity to step away from day-to-day pressures and invest in your own leadership development.

Designed around the real challenges faced by registered managers, RM12 focuses on practical strategies, peer learning and leadership skills that can be applied immediately within your service.

The programme includes:

  • Six expert-led monthly sessions over six months
  • Practical leadership tools and techniques
  • Opportunities to build confidence and strengthen leadership skills
  • Peer networking with registered managers from across the sector
  • Real-world learning designed for adult social care

The programme requires around six hours per month and is designed to fit alongside the demands of managing a service.

Expressions of interest close Monday 31 August 2026 (midnight).

Successful applicants will be notified during the week commencing 7 September 2026.
