Smarter Care: Evidence and Experience with Smart Light Technology | Digital Care Hub

Hear real life examples and academic evaluations of how smart light technology is transforming care delivery in real-world settings.

Register to attend here

Join this upcoming webinar, hosted by Digital Care Hub in partnership with Lancashire & South Cumbria ICB, to explore an exciting and ambitious care technology rollout. As part of the Digitising Social Care programme, Lancashire & Cumbria ICB have implemented smart light technology across approximately 75 care homes in their region, supporting over 900 residents, in an attempt to reduce the number of falls in these settings.

This session brings together the full story – starting with the vision and delivery of the programme, followed by first-hand insights from two care providers who have embedded the technology into their day-to-day practice.

You’ll also hear directly from Lancaster University, who will share key findings from their independent evaluation of this project, following the publication of their report due at the end of April.

Whether you’re exploring innovation in care, looking to improve safety and outcomes, or interested in evidence-based approaches to technology adoption, this webinar offers practical insights, honest reflections, and valuable learning you can apply in your own setting.
