You’re Not Alone – Managing Overwhelm and Isolation Through Building Connections | IHSCM

Do you have days where the feeling of overwhelm is real? Would you like to know how to overcome isolation through building connections? If the answer is yes to those questions then this session is for you.

Human’s need to connect in order to thrive, but in an ever increasing busy workplace with the added digital world we live in, it is becoming increasingly difficult to do this. In partnership with the Institute of Health and Social Care Management (IHSCM), and hosted by Sue Jones, Director of Social Care at IHSCM we have created this session that will provide you with practical skills to not only overcome overwhelm and isolation but also enable you to thrive as a leader.

We will cover:

  • Recognising and understanding overwhelm – how self-compassion can be your superpower
  • How building connections across internal and external boundaries can support you and your team
  • Building your tribe to thrive
