The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is inviting adult social care providers and frontline professionals to share their experiences of using digital care technologies.

NICE is adapting its Evidence Standards Framework for digital care technologies and wants to make sure it reflects the realities of adult social care and is useful to people making decisions about technology in practice.

The short survey asks about:

  • what helps digital care technologies work well
  • common challenges experienced in practice
  • the information and evidence people need when deciding whether and how to use digital technologies

Feedback from care providers and frontline professionals will help inform the development of the adapted framework.

The survey takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete.

Deadline: Friday 18 September 2026
