As part Norfolk County Council’s Ready to Change programme, Healthy Dialogues is delivering Behaviour Change training to help frontline staff and volunteers feel confident supporting health and wellbeing in their everyday interactions.
Training options
- Level One – Making Every Contact Count (Half Day) – For those with unplanned opportunities to chat with service users or members of the public. Learn how to have confident, everyday conversations about health and wellbeing.
- Level Two – Using Behaviour Change in Practice (Full Day) – For those with ongoing or planned contact with service users. Explore proven behaviour change techniques and how to apply them in real situations.

Behaviour Change Tasters
We also run free behaviour change tasters, bite-sized sessions for anyone who is curious about behaviour change or wants to learn more about key behaviour change concepts.
