NHS England is seeking views on the future development of All Age Continuing Care (AACC), including how care is described, planned, commissioned and funded.
The engagement is open to commissioners, care providers, people with lived experience, carers and others with an interest in AACC.
The survey explores current challenges within the system and asks for feedback on potential approaches to making the way care is described, commissioned and funded more consistent in the future.
For adult social care providers involved in continuing care, this is an opportunity to share your experience of the current system and help inform future approaches.
The survey closes on 18 September 2026.
