Have Your Say: Shape the Future T Level in Social Care

The Department for Education is currently seeking views on the proposed content for the new T Level in Social Care. This is a brand-new post-16 qualification for our sector, and it’s really important that learning providers, employers, and workforce organisations have their say.

Your feedback will help shape the qualification so that it’s relevant, fit for purpose, and genuinely prepares young people for apprenticeships, further study, or work in social care.

The consultation is open to anyone with an interest in post-16 education for 16–19-year-olds in England, including schools, colleges, students, employers, and awarding organisations. It runs until Sunday 9th August 2026 (11:59pm).
