Norfolk County Council (NCC) is inviting providers to help shape the future of commissioned day services by completing its Day Services Provider Engagement Form.

A new framework for day services is currently being developed, which will introduce an updated service specification, revised terms and conditions, and a new pricing structure. The review also provides an opportunity to build on what’s working well and identify where improvements can be made across the sector.

This is an important opportunity for providers to ensure their experiences and expertise help inform the future of day services in Norfolk.

Why your feedback matters

The engagement will help commissioners better understand:

  • How providers currently support people to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Barriers to delivering high-quality day opportunities.
  • Opportunities to improve communication between providers and the council.
  • How providers work with families, carers and partner organisations.
  • Ideas for strengthening collaboration and developing future services.
  • Views on proposed changes, including the move to an hourly pricing model and future provider alliances.

Whether you currently deliver day opportunities, supported living, homecare, residential care or other commissioned services, your feedback will help shape the framework going forward.

Have your say

The form allows providers to answer as many or as few questions as they wish, although comprehensive responses are encouraged.

The engagement form closes on Friday 31 July 2026.
