ACT Conference 2026
Care providers and sector partners gathered at Dunston Hall on the 3rd of March for the annual Norfolk County Council Achieving Care Together (ACT) Conference – an event focused on strengthening quality and shaping priorities for adult social care across Norfolk.
Bringing together providers, commissioners and sector leaders, the day created an opportunity to reflect on both the national and local challenges facing the sector, share best practice, and focus on the shared priorities that will guide work in the year ahead.
Ian Wake, Executive Director of Adult Social Services at Norfolk County Council, set out a clear ambition for the county:
Norfolk will be a county where every person can access outstanding adult social care.
Throughout the day, speakers and attendees explored how this vision can be achieved through collaboration, innovation and a continued commitment to high-quality care. The conference also provided space for providers and partners to connect, exchange ideas and learn from one another.
We were thrilled to be in attendance, and to be able to engage with so many passionate care providers.
