At Norfolk Care Association, we’ve been working hard to use provider feedback and our understanding of the care sector to craft our new strategy. Now, we’d greatly value your feedback on the strategy, which you can download here.

Please take a few minutes to review the strategy and complete our short survey by the 16th of October. If you’d prefer, you can also email us directly or arrange a call to talk it through.

As the independent voice of adult social care providers across Norfolk and Waveney, we want to ensure adults in our area receive the social care they need from high-quality, sustainable providers working in partnership with local authorities and system partners.

We recognise this is not easy, given significant challenges around funding, workforce, and the way social care is perceived. While we know we have limited ability to directly resolve these issues alone, we are uniquely positioned as a local, inclusive organisation to:

  • Gather intelligence
  • Advocate on your behalf
  • Co-create solutions with system partners

We also know that in a very uncertain climate, we must be able to adapt and respond to emerging issues.

Our strategic priorities reflect the issues that social care providers have highlighted to us, and what they feel is important for us to deliver in order to ensure adults in Norfolk and Waveney receive the care they need. Our strategic goals set out what we, as an organisation, must achieve to support these priorities and our core mission.

We plan to launch the revised strategy at our AGM on the 30th of October. To enable this, we kindly ask that all feedback is submitted by the 16th of October.

Thank you for helping to shape the future direction of Norfolk Care Association.
