Some of the most useful support in social care doesn’t come from training courses or policy documents. It comes from conversations with people facing the same challenges.

Norfolk Care Association has launched the Norfolk Social Care Provider Peer Network — a monthly peer-matching programme for care professionals across Norfolk and Waveney.

Here’s how it works: once a month, you’re matched with a fellow care professional for a one-to-one conversation. No agenda, no paperwork. Just a proper conversation with someone who gets it.

As Jess Wilson, Registered Manager at Home Support Matters, puts it:

“Connection in care turns support into understanding — when we share, show up, and learn from each other, everyone feels less alone and more able to grow.”

It’s free to join and takes about two minutes to register.
